i am very good at the former, and most excellent at the latter.
i believe there is no better pleasure and no better expression of joie de vivre than enjoying good food with good company.
everything i make stems from the northern italian food on which i was raised. i am into wholesome, simple, fresh food. i am into improvisation. i am into alchemy. i am into magic.
